After processing your order request and payment, a confirmation email will be sent. After which, we will prepare the items in your order for shipment.

After order processing, you will receive an email with the tracking information for you purchase.    Current processing time on average 1-2 weeks (if we have to send out additional products to our vendor). 

Due to COVID, our  Vendor is working with us to ship as soon as export and custom checks allow.  We apologize for any delays that your order may experience as a result.  Please feel free to contact our Customer Service number and we will provide you with updated information regarding the status of your order.

For normal shipments, we utilize USPS and UPS.  If you would like your order to be shipped with special care, such as Overnight, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Due to COVID, our Couriers may experience delays on their shipping times. We are not responsible for courier delays. We suggest that you to leave yourself 1-2 days extra time in case Couriers take longer than anticipated. UPS do not ship to PO Boxes. Please select USPS for a PO Box (If you get free shipping, we will automatically ship it USPS).
