Our 5 day exchange warranty starts from the date you receive our product, per the tracking number provided by the postal service. If you have any problem with the item, please feel free to email us immediately at email@example.com.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please include your order number and all order details (e.g. SKU number, product name, etc). Then kindly follow these 3 steps:
1.Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem and show the item's outer packaging. For help with this, please contact our Customer Support Team.
2.Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will follow up with you with a response.
3.Please ship the package according to the BEY.O.U.4LIFEAPPAREL instructions provided by our team.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.
BE YOU 4 LIFE APPAREL wants you to find the best performance and quality in each and every piece we ship to you. However, if for some reason you want to return your new/unused item sold by BE YOU 4 LIFE APPAREL, you may do so within 15 days of order date for a refund (minus initial shipping costs) or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with the tags attached. We are always striving to deliver the best product, so your feedback is important to us, please let us know (optional) why you are returning the item. We listen carefully to each of our BE YOU 4 LIFE APPAREL customers. Returns will be processed within 7- 14 business days and we will provide you with a Return approval code to include within the packaging.
Customer must return the package as per our instructions and the shipping address indicated. Customers must also cover the shipping fee for returning the package, packages must be sent only after Customer Support Team has authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to BEY.O.U.4LIFEAPPAREL instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.
